Carlos is a dealer with Western Powders, and by being dealer and purchasing ? worth of powder he gets a cut on the wholesale price.

I would assume he is getting it to you for $27 is because he is shipping without paying the Hazmat fees.

My local dealer with the same setup sells BH for $29 over the counter

I called the gun shop and got the front counter but they connected me to Carlos and it is $27 TYD period. No minimums, no hazmat, no shipping.

So the real question is how he is shipping it without paying the haz mat fee? Is there a way around the system? By law it has to go ground shipment doesn't it?
