Exclamation New black powder shooter!

Talked my 11 year old niece into shooting my CVA Optima and she had fun doing it. I will have to work more with her on the steps, especially getting the scope into focus but she did a heck of a job placing the shot! She was 1 1/2" low and about the same to the left @ 100 yards.

Devil, you can't go around corrupting young folks like that. Child abuse, ya`know. She may be in danger of growing up supporting the Second Amendment.

Well done!

Excellent... that's the way to get young people involved in a sport that could lead to a wonderful hobby in their future.

Good job getting young people interested in the sport.just remember to keep the powder charges decreased, so it's comfortable for them to shoot. and Jon, get the kid off the lead sled! and IMHO it's better to introduce them to the sport with open sights.you and your darn lead sleds! Ray
