I have been shootingthem for a couple of years now and they are good shooters, not to mention that they work very well on big game.

Did you notice Knight is no offering a Dark brown 45x40 again but these are listed as high pressure. IIRC the old Knight Dark browns were the largest OD and not rated for highend loads. They also list a new 200gr bullet for 50 cals. It kind of looks like a copper bullet but not a Lehigh or Barnes ive ever seen. They used to have a 220gr years ago that looked very similar for 50cals.
I wonder if its ONLY a MMP tan with a different color or......

The only Lehigh bullet that interests me is the .50 220 gr bullet. this compromise weight IMHO sounds like a excellent deer & hog bullet. to darn bad only Knight is selling them and they don't offer sample packs like lehigh does. Ray

I am anxious to try these. Last Bow season I had a doe walk 5 feet from the opening of my blind. Two weeks later I got an eight point on opening day from that blind. The buck was about 25 yards away. The 300 grain XTP I shot completely broke up inside the buck with no exit wound. Had that muzzleloader buck walked within five feet of my blind, I don't know if the XTP would hold up. Clearly I am over-taxing the XTP (which are fine pistol bullets). The new Bloodline bullets should solve that problem.

It is a very good shooter...

After shooting this target I went to shooting clay pigeons set from 75 to 150 yards... It was a fun day...
