Default started a new mountain man book

While waiting for powder " came in today actually" bullets and my new gun to come in, i order some new books and take some rest off the shooting bench for a while. I ordered the first 2 books out of the 6 available, called So wild a dream by Win Blevins.

Life in rural Pennsylvania in the 1820s doesn't hold much appeal for young, adventurous, ambitious Sam Morgan. He decides to make his life--and maybe his fortune--on the frontier, but his first step is to get there. He secures a job as a hand on a riverboat, and the adventure begins. His crewmates are the usual assortment of rascals, rapscallions, and borderline crooks, among them a half-breed Delaware Indian, a scam artist, a wily riverboat captain, and a former prostitute who may be more dangerous than any of her companions. In their travels up and down the rivers, the crew experience a multitude of adventures, including a bloody confrontation with two brothers who had been bounced from the crew. Sam provides muscle on the boat, and his marksmanship keeps the crew supplied with fresh game when they anchor at nightfall.

Im only 70 pages into the book, but so far im really enjoying the story. Im just waiting till he sets off for st louis to join the brigade headed for the rockies. Check it out if you're in the mood for a good read.

lol no its not a knight but i really would like to review a mountaineer, especially with the Thors.

Hey and the mountaineer runs $670. A member on my forum runs a gun shop and got set up with knight in his store and thats his selling price.

I was looking at knights current line-up and I see they offer ZERO break open models unless I missed something.
