The NULA is also a great BH209/Black Powder subs ML as well. Very light weight and accurate.

So, how is his breach plug made? Is it the henry ball design? does it have a vent liner?

How would you compare it to the savage design? Longer, more threads?

Actually i had planned on trying some BH209 with loads that normally blow sabots with smokeless. I will PM you later about some load info if thats ok.

Well pics are easier but i will say IMO the plug and bolt design is better because it fully supports a CCI209M primer. The plug design is much different and actually seals the primer against a 4340? ordnance steel bolt. The bolt also has a small recess so the primer rim cant swell and cause separation. Tolerances are extremely tight and the firing pin is a bit smaller also. They don't nearly as stressed as primers ive shot in any other gun even with a max load.

When compressed the bolt actually pushes the primer rim against the edge of the BP too and creates a secondary seal besides just a typical crush fit. The is no liner and the plugs are supposed to last over 10K shots.
