Default After 2 days of camping

I come home, find my new bi pod waiting on the table, mount it and ended up breaking not ONE... but 2! forearm sling studs of 2 different guns

Needless to say, If your gun has the molded in plastic sling studs, dont mount a bi pod to them!

A real shame, its a kick butt bi pod too.

How about the cheap Z5 Omega? I was going to buy the same one FG did, but I won't if it won't work.

Well heck, just drill out the stock and put a steel stud on it.

thats what im thinking about doing semi. Maybe even fill in the old area where they had the original "stud" loop and refinish the stock. I never did like those molded in sling swivels.

Sorry to read you busted them studs. Like Semisane said, you will be able to make it work. You were missed whilst you camped.
