Default I feel like I have nothing to add anymore

Hi Guys
Im still here and miss talking to you all. I've been peeking in now and then but I dont feel as if I have anything to add to all your Threads. I have the same 3 ACCURA's and shoot the same XTP's and still use Pyro Powder. I shoot Great Groups and need to change nothing. I guess Im Old Fashioned, when it works Im not gonna fix it.
It's hard to throw in My 2Cents when you all have things that Im not using. I'll see if I can add anything though. The Weather here is still Unseasonably Cold here, it Snowed again Today. I dont think Spring is ever gonna get here. It's been too Sloppy to shoot so I have'nt even done that.
Hope All Is Well with Everyone and I'll see what I can do to make something up
BP

Spring is slow to come here in Northern Wisconsin also. But I have been getting out and shooting a little. Good to see you on the forum though. Take care.

Well dang Breechplug. There's nothing wrong with having a "go to" load that you have complete confidence in. But that doesn't stop you from buying some strange new bullet or powder to play with just to see what happens. In fact, it a lot safer than strange new women (maybe not quite the same?).

Now go out an buy some 271 grain Super Whizz Bang Hollow Points, shoot them at 335 yards with a 50/50 mix of Blackhorn and JSG Super, and give us a report.

It's funny about weather. I live at 8000 ft in the Rockies, and went hiking in the mountains today. (I do it every day) It was in the 60's, and I was sweating like crazy. I like it colder.

Anyway, just jump in the threads and say anything. If you say something stupid we can rag on you.

That's always fun.

See. I didn't say anything important, but I made a post anyway.

Hey, I still use XTPs, they still kill deer...

Many times I don't jump in because the question has already been answered or somebody's mind has already been made up, no need to confuse them...

The good thing about muzzleloading, many things work and we all have our favorites...

Know how you feel Bp. I shoot a White, still use real black powder, any load with more than 70 grains of powder is a "magnum" load, totally clueless about sabots or bullets that go in them, I think a 460gr bullet is a light one and a 209 primer is a blow torch. But I like to hang out here anyway LOL.

Breechplug, I think you are very smart. Your using stuff that works. Pretty hard to argue that. No special primers, no special breech plugs, no certain cleaners, just load and shoot and the gun goes bang in all hunting conditions.

Well, anyone who can't add a baseless, illogical, irrational, implausible, preposterous or asinine comment now and then probably shouldn't spend time here.

As usual well said SEMI, change doesn't need to be expensive or permanent. like Semi said a different bullet or powder. painting a stock or involving yourself in competition shooting after the thaw for me it was taking a rifle bought for the lil lady and boy and buying a full size stock, adding a peep sight and shooting big conicals and pyrodex.subtle change can be both exciting and rewarding. 3 of the same rifles would seem boring to me, maybe a sale and a whole new regiment with a new rifle, bullet and powder. change is good sometimes..Ray

I would say go buy a new rifle or try a blackpowder pistol. It seems we all have bought new toys lately. Wont you come join the smokeside?
