Default Difference from Lyman Trade and Deerstalker

Ok, I now have the money saved up to buy a flintlock. I know that you guys have said to get the trade rifle. My question for you guys is this: Does the Trade Rifle pull up as same as the GPR? No one in town has a Trade Rifle but they have the GPR. I was taught that to find the right fit for a gun is to pull it up to your shoulder and open your eyes. IF you see the sight and don't have to move around it fits. If you have to move your head the gun is not right. My body style hates the GPR. I have to move my head really far back to see the sights. If the Trade Rifle is like the GPR I will go with the deerstalker. The only difference between the two is the brass, barrel length, and the butt stock. I really like the Renegades and I think the deerstalker would fit the Renegade stock style. The price difference is like twenty dollars. So I dont know what to do.

All I can tell you is ... I have a flintlock Trade Rifle in .54 caliber. It has a super fast lock, 1-48 twist, shoots roundball, conical and even sabots. It comes with two sights, I liked the buck horn style. And I am 6'2" and big, but this rifle really fits me well. I have never shot a Deerstalker. But I have read posts from them that own them and they seem to like them.
