I really do not like shopping at Gander Mtn but wanted to get some W209's and I know they are the only place around that sells them,$3.99 a 100. While looking in the muzzleloader section I almost fell over when I saw they are now carrying Blackhorn 209. Price is $34.99 which is a few $$ overpriced but it saves me from driving another 30 minutes to Bass Pro which I already knew were out of stock from last weekends wasted trip. Cabelas which is almost 2hrs away were selling it for $29.99 however a friend picked me up a jug last month and they had increased the price to $32.99.
While checking out I asked if they would price match Bass Pro's price of $29.99 and was told they would as long as its in stock after they call to verify. I will do my homework next time I need some so they will have to price match.

SJ,
I could not believe GM had it today. They must have had 20 jugs there sitting in the shelf. And I was almost afraid to look at the price fearing a 45.00 price tag like Bass Pro use to sell it for. I would call your GM store and let them know the GM York PA store carries it now so get a few cases in.

The Gander Mountain here in central Indiana started carrying Blackhorn about 1 year ago, right after the 2009 hunting season. Price is $39.99 i believe. I have never tried it. I know it must be good stuff, a lot of you guys use it and swear by it. My friend uses it in his Prohunter and likes it.
I came close to buying some once until I saw the price for what you get(10 ounces ?). That irked me and turned me off to it. Guess I felt like Western Powder was trying to screw everybody, lol.
I can deal with the crud-ring i get from T-7. I'm just stubborn like that- don't mind me.

since I the closest gander mountain is about an 1hr away. cabelas about 2 to 3 hours, and bass pro (for now) is 2 hours away.
but for how things are located to me it seems right on par for the prices.
that is my 2cents
