Oh those were when i first started. I had to harden the inserts by dropping them into cold water right out of the mold. You see the final insert on the second row of pictures.
This is the hard lead insert bullet that was hardened properly.

Then you'll see some experimenting with soft lead inserts which didnt turn out to be worth a darn.
One guy i send close to 500 too, they killed i forget how many hundred deer with them, out to 200 yards and they all blew big holes into the deer out to 200 yards.
So what were you saying?

lol your not keeping up with the thread. what i said is the new Aerolite bullet once fired, looks a lot like your old PB's equipped with your tips/inserts. again if you read corey new what i was talking about!
