I di that once too. out of my other sidelock. however, I bought a new tradtions 2 weeks ago, the nipple threads stripped out and sportsmans warehouse replaced that gun with the one I'm talking about here. That first gun DID NOT kick like this one. Same bullet, powder, amount of powder, cleaning proceedure, everything. What on earth could cause one gun to kick like hell and the other of the SAME MAKE AND MODEL be a dream to shoot? Would a marginally tighter bore do it. Was the other gun letting gas pressure escape from around the nipple threads? OR did I become a giant baby in a weeks time?
