I haven't found 1 best site that carries everything I need, so I use several:

www.cabelas.com
www.midsouthshooterssupply.com
www.midwayusa.com

I like to order my stuff from Cain's Outdoors. They are a small shop-yet large enough to have what you need. When you call you talk to the same people. And they are people who know muzzle loading. They will build a ramrod or range rod to your dimesions. And are overall good people. I have been to their shop, and been treated very good. Tom.

I just bought a pistol powder measure from E-Bay about an hour ago. E-Bay is a great place when you only need a single item or two. You do not run into ridiculous shipping charges or small order charges on E-Bay. The shipping charge on the pistol powder measure was $2.30. I can not even imagine what Midway or Cabela's would have charged me to ship that single item.

It looks like a great measure. It is marked in one grain increments. I bought it to use for my 36 caliber rifle. It measures up to 30 grains. Tom.

Head thanks for that info about Cains. I need to have a custom rod made. Hopefully Cain's can make it.
