Default T/C lack of response?

I sent T/C an email question about a problem with my Omega on 11/20 and again on 12/8 and have not received any reply. I know they are in transition and on the move, but you would think they would at least have an automated reply that they will be unavailable until a certain date if that is the case. This is certainly not the usual prompt response that I have received from them.

Anyone else having trouble reaching them. Haven't called because it was not urgent, but I guess that would be my next move?

I called them a couple of weeks ago about an issue with my Omega, got a message saying they were closed for the day. I sent them an email and still haven't got a reply.Hopefully the situation will improve after they complete the move. Mean while I've got a useless Omega.

I just talked to them about a week ago. Trying to find a base for my Renegade. Still just as nice and helpfull. However the lady that I talked to was pretty bummed out about TC pulling out. There last day is July 1st. So nothing should change too much until early spring. They still have my old Renegade barrel.

Well there are two problems this year...

During the month of December and half of January they run a skeleton crew - basically they are shut down....

The second problem they are beginning the move from one facility to another in a different state.

So contact really could be minimal... for now

I have found that phone calls are the only way to go if you want a guaranteed response. Some times emails to corp's go unanswered for a long time.

I called them last week about a new T/C Triumph and what rounds I could shoot in it. The call took only about 15 min and the guy was helpful.
