I know how you feel Sabotloader. If I didn't already have the little X7 carbine I would have completed the transaction even with the sales tax.

You've got to ask yourself this. What happens if you run across a really cheap Renegade that's really cheap because the barrel is so rusty you can't see any rifling at all? (Man, I'm sorry I did that to you. )

That is a very cool carbine barrel. Carbines are so nice and far more enjoyable to carry. MAN i love mine.

Only $75, that must be a SOB to pass up if you have the stock. It even comes with sites, ramrod and everything.

Im soo bad

I am not looking at Semi's latest post - you can let them know that I do not need another Rene - I think I have seven now - i am not even going to look to see....

But, Scott why did I know that you would get in on this short barreled thread at some point?????

It is not a GM54-120 - that I might have a sqosh bit of interest in - no I don't...

And just for the general public - i am ignoring yours also... I wonder if Cayugad really has one? and $75 is cheap.... But with Christmas I just can not do it.... I will not do it - I do not have a stock for it anyway....

I don't have a problem with the rifle weighing a bit more. So I realy want the barrel that fits properly. So you guys are saying the 1" fits properly, but the 15/16" could be made to work??

The idea of a 45 caliber sounds intriguing. Has anyone slugged their 45 caliber LRH?? Tom.

I dont have that one but i have 2 54cal guns with GM carbine length barrels and they are both great shooters.

Im just razzing Sabotloader, a few of us are addicts and like to taunt the others into a purchase.

We are not really addicted, we are long term testing them....at least thats the justification.
