I'm actually really surprised at the poor performance of this bullet.

I shot my first deer using the 260 gr noslers. the deer was slightly quartering toward me at 20 yards and I was 30 feet up in a treestand. I shot thru the base of its neck, thru part of its spine, thru the heart, and outthru the center of its brisket. That deer never moved again. I could not find the bullet but was mity satisfied with the results. I once saw a deer hit with a 35 remington that ran over 150 yards down a hill with no heart.
