Default Back from the hunt!

It was our early ML season(northern zone) here in NY last week. I was fortunate enough to take a six pointer on opening day. Just at last light the Buck came out of the Hardwoods into my food plot at 45yds. I anchored him with a high shoulder shot from my Accura and a Barnes TEZ 250gr load. Small basket rack but a decent size Deer, problably dressed at 125lbs or so. Good thing as I just used my last package of venison from last year the week before I went up.

Way to go fusion. No tracking is always nice. I hope you didn't lose a lot of meat with that shot.

Nothing Taste Better than Fresh Venesion, Congrats! Im feeling the pain as I went shopping tonight at Wal-Mart and bought 2-1lb packages of Ground Round, $4.50 a Pound!
I ate all My last seasons Venesion and need to refill the Freezer, I like a Good Potorhouse or Prime Rib once in awhile, but the Pain of buying Beef along with the gas Hurts Too Much!
Washed all My Hunting Clothes tonight, finshed Picking Grapes and now it's time to BOW HUNT, Im Feeling it now and the Itch has started.....It's Time, It's FALL....the Dreams of Rutting Bucks are now upon Me...............

Congrats on your buck , I sure wish there was an early ML season in the southern zone of NY ,but that would drive me nuts what to do bow hunt or muzzle.
