Power belts best use is melt them down and make round balls or a decent conical the are the most over price bullet that is commonly use.
The best buy and one of the best deer bullets is the 250 gr Gold Dot or Deep Curl as they are changing the name but not the bullet.
If you have to use a conical or want to the FPB is very good for any thing up to and including elk. The Thor is also very good but is very over priced also.
The Shock Wave is the most accurate bullet in most rifles price is not to bad and they have done a decent job on deer for me.
If you pick a sabot remember there are a number of different thickness and very good ones are made by both Harvester and MMP it is a matter of what fits you gun best and what your gun likes.
The bullet sabot combination is what most of us prefer but there are some states still in the dark ages of muzzleloading the require conicals by law.

I have a traditions pursuit xlt and each bullet touches at 100 yards with the following loads:
300 grain harvester scorpion pt gold, harvester short black .45 sabots, 110 grains of Blackhorn 209, cci 209m primer
240 grain precision dead center bullet, harvester crushed rib .40 sabot, 110 grains of Blackhorn 209, cci 209m primer
the crush ribs work great in this rifle with the 300 grain pt gold as well, but i've found the short black sabots load a tick tighter and are better at 200 yards resulting in 2" groups.
