I have an issue with one of my TC Muzzleloaders and I am having a heck of a time finding someone at TC that gives a rat's a&^%...any suggestions. Multiple unanswered e-mails are getting to me.
Thanks

I heard that they just laid off a lot of people and closed their custom shop for good. Sounds like they are falling on tough times or S&W is running them in the dirt already.
Try these numbers.

S&W kept them from closing up to tell you the truth. They might not be able to keep them alive much longer. Poor customer service and poor quality arent a very good combination.

Personally I have had good service from T/C, but its been a year and a half since I've needed anything. Lately, the reports have not been too complimentary. I would hate to see them go down.
I really think CVA has a better product than they have had in the past and it is going to be hard for any American company to compete with them.
It will be interesting to see how Knight can restart in this environment.

Well I did some digging and got a hold of Jeanette Shorey, she seemed like a very nice woman and answered my questions and assured me that my problem would be resolved. Now the next step...follow up and solutions.

I work about a mile from the plant in NH. Word on the street is S&W took most of their good machinists to another plant, so T/C doesn't have the quality craftsmen like they used to. Their custom shop (Fox Ridge) is going out of business. They are currently having a store closing sale. Thats all I know, but it doesn't sound good.

Well I wonder what will happen with the supposed "life time warranty". I guess what is will be. That just goes to show that customer service isn't everything. If they close or lay off alot of people why pay the extra for the supposed customer service? In this day and age there probably will be more shops closing up. Look at Marlin, they left NH. It will be interesting to see who survives all this.
