Does anyone else chuckle when the History Channel's video ad for "Top Shot" comes up at the top of this page and shows a bullet with the cartridge case still attached flying toward the target? I'm looking forward to that authoritative program.

I saw that and pointed it out to a friend one day about, they don't know what they are talking about.

I watched Geraldo one time describe a bolt action rifle as "A Sawed Off Assault Shotgun". Most of those guys do not even have a clue. Yet they use highly descriptive terms to describe the wrong thing. You are right, it is funny to us. But it is serious business to people who do not know any better.

The best one for me was when a sniper on a TV show had a scope mounted backwards, and turned the wrong way. Then on the side of the scope a description was written. I could not believe it. Tom.
