Default Traditions Crockett Rifle Questions

Just picked a crockett rifle. Just wondering what you guys think of them. A friend of mine has one and has not and probally never will fire it and I've been dying to have one. Hope they shoot like they look.

Everyone who owns one and posted about them claim them very accurate. I think most of them shoot 25 grains of 3f powder and a patched ball. As I remember.

I've heard a lot of the same thing that everyone seems to like it.
The only negative that some of them reportedly have is a lip just in front of the breech plug that can cause the jag with a cleaning patch to get hung up when it's being pulled out. While many do, not every Crockett rifle has that problem.
