Drop a few bills on an Omega...glass is up to you, though Pine Ridge has worked great for me (for the money).

Hafta add: the CVA Accura is STILL on sale for only $240 at cabela's.

Sorry to hear that. Does it hurt any? ;)

CONFUSIUS SAY:

"THERE IS MORE TO LIFE IN WOODS WITH T/C, LIKE CVA, KNIGHT, HAWKENS, NEF, LYMAN, ETC!!!"

Yeah I got plenty. Shot remington for a while. Had issues. Hunted with a Ruger for a while. Would never wish that rifle on anyone. Uncle has hunted with Knight for ever. Good results till his last one (Revolution?). That gun has fired 3 times while locking the the primer in place. Known guys that bought the $125 Traditions. Junk guts and poor lock time. CVA is tolerable, but aint a TC.
My TCs (Hawken, Renegade and Encore) have never let me down like the other have.
