I know with archery gear it's high, just wondering the value drop on a muzzy. The reason i ask is i am thinking about putting a couple week old triumph on the classifieds as it is a little to light for my taste. Am i better off trading it for something i do like, or do i take a hit and sell it? Also, is there a feedback system on the classifieds? thanks

It all depends on what you paid for them to begin with IMHO.got mine for 279.00 with scope and starter kit+free shipping in november.and thier fairly reasonable now at cabelas, along with the T/C rebate.and for me the light weight was a major selling point, good luck on the sales..

MLers usually hold there value a little better than Bows, but then again it all depends on the Manufacture and age. I found out that it's better to keep them than to (Give) them away, because that's just about what happens when you sell a used one. I bought a new but slightly used TC Triumph RT HD Weathershield about 3 weeks ago for $200 and sold it for $200 to a Happy Kid, the ML originally sold for around $479.
If you want to take your lumps then sell it unless you have a child or relative that could use it more.

Yea, it was between a thumbhole ss accura, and the silver ws/black triumph. Went with the tc. Do like the quick breech, but i thought i'd like the lightweight better than i do...Wish the wife couldn't add,,,,i'd just keep it and get another.....

If you have a well-regarded but harder to find gun, like a White or Knight Disc Elite, or Renegade, you can probably get a decent price. If it is a niche and discontinued gun like an Omega X7 the resale is probably decent.
If you have a mass market gun like a standard Omega, Accura etc you'll likely be disappointed with the resale.

When you become old as dirt like me and with arthur in the hands the light weight is a plus. You will probably take a big hit on resale. I have found that the gun shops will give you around half of what they can sell it for.You might get a little more if you trade it on new ml. To sell it out right you will be compeating with the gun shops, and everyone else wanting to sell their ml. What you might do is list it for what you think it should go for and see what happens. Good Luck
