Default .45 knight super-disc

there's one on gunbroker that says it's 1/28" twist,i thought they were 1/20" comments?.......karl

k,
I thought they were 1:30 for the .45, nice lookin rifle, he's askin an awful lot. I saw his pet load was 5x30gr pellets.

The super disc was one of Knights first attempts @ a 45 and I to belive it was a 1/20 - which did not work with the short bullets of the time. Today with the longer Barnes and Lehighs - watch out!!!

I'm pretty sure they were 1:20 also. If the price was right it would be a great gun. I have some 538 gr 45 cal paper patch and grease groove cast bullets that I bet it would shoot just fine.
To bad I'm outta money I would be willing to bet it would make a good heavy conical shooter.

I think I found it on gunbroker. Nice looking gun but about twice what I thought it would be. And $40.00 shipping? wow> If he actually gets that price for it I need to start selling some guns on gunbroker

i have a super-disc 1/20" and did'nt know if they had asmall run of 1/28" or if they went to 1/30.mine shoots the 200gr.sst really well.maybe he's just mistaken on the twist.......karl
