I had the opportunity to try the Pro Hunter and bought the Endeavor. It fits me better and the felt recoil is less for me ; maybe because it fits better.

CONGRATS on yur T/C Encore Pro Hunter, it is hands-down my alltime favorite big game muzzleloader..... and turkey shotgun..... and coyote rifle!!! You're gonna love it!!!

Thanks to everyone for your feedback. I think I will pack everything away and just finish the season with the prohunter. I definitely like it. Going to start predator hunting this year and this is the baby I'm going to use

Your just lucky Grouse isn't on here bashing the encore. Check his old posts about how big a piece of Sh** they are. Each his own... i have both the triumph and encore but the encore goes out in the woods with me every time. |

I haven't shot mine much, but what little i have used it has impressed me. And It takes quite a bit to impress me anymore. Say what they will I like mine. Maybe I got "lucky" and got a good one. I haven't tried the 22-250 barrel yet but the 50 cal sure is nice. Time will tell. Some might not think you can "feel" quality but I think you can. If you shoot enough different muzzleloaders after awhile you can hold one and know if it is of good quality or not. When I pick up my ProHunter I can "feel " the difference.
