Accura load suggestions

Big brown truck brought my new Accura on Thursday. Put some Durasight mounts and rings on with A Nikon Buckmasters 3X9X40. Looking for some load suggestions(excluding Powerbelts). Anyone try the IMR white Hots? or am I better off with Tripple 7.

Harvester smooth sabot, 105g BH209, 270g Gold Dot, and W209 primers. Works in all kinda weather. Accurate, and kills at ranges from 40yd to 230yd.

was talking to a guy in the woods today who swears by the White Hots, says they shoot much cleaner than 777.

Other than that I can say the 338gr Platinum powerbelts fly great out of my Accura with 2 777 pellets :D

In My ACCURA's Im shooting 105 & 110gr's of Pyro RS with a 240gr XTP Mag and T7 primers = 1" groups at 100yds. Are your DuraSight the Z2 Alloy see-thru or regular low base? I sent back my see-thru Durasight mounts as they were too high for my ACCURA, I had to bring my head up too high to see thru them right and Im 6'6" tall, let us know how they work for you and what load you choose, sorry no help on the White Hots, never used them.

Durasight were not the see thru, actually the one piece ring and base system. Will problably work on loads next year as our Late Muzzle season here in western Ny starts in another week and I have my Savage dialed in very nicely. Really like the way the Accura looks and feels so far, and the Barrel looks great, well machined. Only complaint so far is the Ramrod supplied, very chinsey.

Where in Western New York are ya? Im in Fredonia. Yes the Ram Rod does SUCK! I called CVA and asked if they had a solid fiberglass one that would fit as a replacement for it and they did'nt. I prefer a fiberglass one. Good Luck on our Opening Day of ML Season, we finall got some SNOW last night and I got to Hunt our Property in Stockton N.Y. today with about 3" of new Snow. Plus Snow's a comming this week with a Lake Effect Snow Storm headed in on Thursday and Firday.
Good Luck!

MD, the first few times I used my ram rod from the ACCURA I somehow scratched the crap out of it on the first few inches up from the loading jag. Im not sure if the rifling caused it or what, but the scratches were pretty deep......I got a new one from CVA for free, Plus I bent it the same (first) day loading with it. I guess I should have used my short starter, but I did,nt.

I do enjoy the 250gr shockwaves and 240gr cheap shots. Might give 'em a whirl.

I would think 100 ± 10 grains of either Triple7 or BH209 behind a Speer .451 Uni-Cor of 250-300 grains, a .452 XTP mag or non-mag of the same weight range, in either a Harvester Crushed Rib or Short Black (depending upon bullet length, short black for the lighter ones) or a Hornady 200 grain 10mm in MMP blue sabot would shoot just fine.

Mine has been accurate with everything I've put through it but my best group with the rifle to date has been with the 200 grain 10mm XTP load.
