Default Floss Breech Plug Vent Cleaner

I found and inexpensive method for cleaning the vent in my inline breech plug.

It's simple as flossing. Oral-B Super Floss, Dental Floss (Info Link Below)
Oral-B Super Floss

You get 50 of these flossers for around 3 bucks at most drug stores or WalMart. This is enough for years of cleaning.

They are Pre-Cut Strands designed for braces, bridges. They have a stiffened-end dental floss threader, spongy floss and regular floss.

Add your favorite cleaner, push the stiffen end through the vent, pull it back and forth a couple of times.

Much better and cheaper than the pipe cleaners, and you can use them on your teeth as well.

Great idea.
After my hang fire i have become anal about the cleanliness of my BP's

I have an attatchment for my dremmel that polishes the face of the plug and gets into the hole for the primer.

Great idea! I use a different method. I take old guitar strings (the smallest high E string) clip it off to about 2" long, and use that to clean out the flash hole. Works great and doesn't cost me anything!

I've showed this before but this is what I use. Just a couple of bucks at your local welding shop or farm supply store.

I have used a set of different sized hat pins with the points squared off with a grinder for years.
