Chet, hey!!! Congrats on the doe...she was a real Maggie!!

You could of made that 260 yard shot ifin you had a Disc Elite!!

That Extreme sure shoots great for you, for sure.

Also I shot a goat once and it tasted like Sage...with hair mixed in it.

Congrats on the deer. That's a nice size doe and she'll be good eating.

As for antelope, I don't know how much I like antelope steaks, but antelope jerky is really good and antelope sausage is even better. How they taste also depends on their environment and also how far they ran after they're shot.

Im still hoping to get an Elite . Hopefully within a month

Congrats Chet! Never have eaten antelope, but I doubt this nutria/alligator/possum/coon eating bayou boy would turn his nose up.

anybody that eats possum and coon would love antelope. I was born in west Virginia where possum and coon were staple items like beans and rice.
I didn't realize how big she was til I butchered her today. Here's a photo with her nose on the ground and me beside her.I am 5'10" ( tall that is )
