Default Way Off Topic - Lion & Zebra

Now guys, I know this doesn't belong in the Black Powder forum. But these pictures are too good not to share.

My brother-in-law is a professional taxidermist. These pictures (not his) are from this year's World Taxidermy Championship competition.

Look at each angle and realize there are no ropes or wires holding this up. The lion is held up by her tail where it contacts the zebra's leg, and the entire mount is supported by the zebra's back leg.

Simply astounding!

Amazing how life like they can make them. That must be an award winner.

I just did my first piece of taxidermy at home and was thinking I should put it into one of the local competitions they're going to be having here soon. What do you guys think?

Nice job Big Z. For those of you who may not know, that's a D.C.Truthteller. They are so rare most people don't believe they exist.

DANG! I'm curious, do you know if the zebra mount won, or what did?
