Before I purchased my Remington Genesis, I actually asked some people that had Remington rifles if they ever had service problems. Most of them said they never had to have service, but two that needed something said it was done in a professional manner. Like I said, this is very upsetting news from a company that wants to be in this line of sporting goods. I don't blame you for refusing to purchase more Remington products.

thats the strange part. I bought a 700 adl a few years ago and it it had a broken magazine. Took care of it in one phone call.
