Default Whats happening to this forum

When I joined here about a year ago this was the best site that I have ever found. No agruing, folks would just post there experiences and findings here for people to read and think about. Some of the remarks on here are factual, some im sure are not, but there is no way that any reader can prove otherwise.A persons on experiences may be different fromthe next person. If you dont agree with what someone else hassaid do your on testing with the bullets, loadsor rifles and see what you experiences prove to you. If you dont agree with what you read on here what good does it do to attack the person writing it. I dont enjoy reading posts with all the personal attacks to other people. I agree with what semi said in another post. STOP IT

How simple is it, if you dont like what someone has to say , keep your comments to yourself and move on to another post...... its really simple its not rocket science........

I like it when a poster says "I did this and this is what happened". He is telling us of his experience.

I like it when a poster says "I have no experience with that, but my opinion is X because". He is being up front acknowledging that it's an opinion, not experience, and providing the basis for his opinion.

I pay little attention to posts that say "This is the best" or "that is the worst" or "this is good" or "that is no good" as though all things are absolute, and without providing any logical basis for the statement.

I still think this is the most enjoyable and informativemuzzle loading site around and I consider many of the regulars to befriends whom I've never met.

The best advice you'll ever get about smokepoles will still come from this board. There is some serious knowledge and experience here.

I agree with Semisane,

I have hunted for over 20years and when it came time for ml season i just put 100g in her and off i went not knowing how goodthese guns would shoot. After being on here over a year i found out how good i could group a primative weapon, thanks to many on this site. Anyonecan get the newest inlinego out and at 100y be fine. Now 5 ml's later im hooked and can't get enough info from whom i consider my online friends. I hope everyone enjoys reading the posts I know i sure do.

Boy - I leave to go on vacation for a week and you guys start talking about me behind my back....
Just kidding of course. I agree exactly with Semisane's post. Most of us here get along really well even though there may be some friendly ribbing along the way. The combined knowledge of the members in here is fantastic. Some of us have different opinions on various products but our opinions are expressed with respect to the other member's opinions with no slamming done.
The fun part of this forum I find is guys trying out different things and reporting on it as they see fit. Good or bad. Those of us with the knowledge (or a lot of past experience) know that there is no one bullet/powder/load combo or cleaning solvent that is the best for every muzzleloader. Those that think there is is highly mistaken. Lets all have fun and continue to play with our muzzleloaders and report what we find. Others, read and post replies without being disrespectful.
