The local "Mao Mart" has marked down Pyrodex RS to $9.00, 777 to $15.00 and the 350 grain FPB bullets to $9.00. Bought 5 packs of the FPB bullets.

Remember when their big add was ... our merchandise is Made In America. There is not an American Made item in that store anymore hardly.. is there?

You are correct. i really am sorry that ithas gone that way.The Outers cleaning patches are cheapthin looking trash made in China. All the Simmons and Weaver mounts and rings are made in China. Some Leupold mounts and rings are made there too. i refuse to use made in China mounts and rings. They charge the same price for the cheap imitations as they did for quality made in the USA stuff.

You might find something made in the US in the frozen food section.

Picked up four packs of the FPB for $9.00 today here also. Where is Semi when you need him I bet I could have got a better deal.

Prices dropped here also. Picked up 3 packs of FPB's for $9 each, a T handle for $4.50, a 50 cal ramrod tip set for $4.50 and an aluminum universal ramrod for $3.50. They had more FPB's but I'm going to wait and see if they drop them even lower, or till I can't stand it anymore. I did notice they had a couple of cans of 777 at $15 but I still have a couple of cans so I'm holding off for now.

Our walmart here has sold all its fishing stuff and the dept mgr told me that they wouldnt be carring anymore hunting stuff either. Said walmart is catering to women because they buy 85% of all they sell. Well thats just great. There is not to many places around here that sell hunting and fishing products. Just gonna make it that much harder to come buy. I realize that it can be ordered from bass pro or cabelas but sometimes a person just needs to drop in and pick up something quick.

The local Wal-Mart here hasn't dropped that much yet 777 original price was $29. down to $21. now.
