I use the .45 240xtp mag behind 100 grains of BH209. Ballistics info from Hornady is BC = .160 and from Blackhorn muzzle velocity= 1966 fps for a 100 grain charge. Run this thru a ballistics program, you get a 100 yard velocity of 1524 fps. These numbers are in the working range for this bullet in the velocity chart Chap has included in his post. Don't need a magnum load to get them going at intended velocity. Haven't experienced any undue fragmentation with this load. Been hunting with 777 until this year when I switched to BH209 for about 5 years now in a TC Encore.

I have been using 777 ffg at 100g with a .430 240 gr xtp and the green Knight sabot. It gives good accurracy out of my Wolverine 209. I have shot deer out to 150 yards with this combination and have had the best luck. Have not lost a deer.
I was told once by a member here and think there is a lot of wisdom in this. If what you are using is working then it ain't broke, don't fix it.
