As a former Shiftforeman now retired I can tell you that the loyal employees who work when needed move up to better positions at work. I was a Toll Clerk for seven years on the WV Turnpike before moving up to Foreman where I spent my last 25 years. I like you was upset at having to work those opening days of deer season but I hung in there and now I can enjoy the fruits of my labor. The other guys on here have given you good advice we all love to hunt but family and work have to take first place. Your day will come when your love of hunting will not be hindered by work. For now hang in there.

Corey, If you're serious about having your own store, more power to you. That's when you'll really learn how work can interfere with your hunting, family time etc. It's no fun getting scr@#$ed over but the best thing is to suck it up and do a good job. It does get noticed.
