Mo Semi or UC, not what you think! Anyone ever try this? Looks interesting and devastating if it does what it says. I wonder about it catching or breaking off on the lands in the barrel? Course i don't know squat either.

A well placed round ball is deadly with out any of that stuff done to it.
About 15 years ago our local Gander Mountian boughtI think it must have been about 5 truck loads of them. After the season was over and they had just sold a few they discounted them to 50 cents a package. I think they still put a bunch in the dumpster.

I had one years a go, after doing some experiments with it I throw it away.
The problem as I see it.
PRB changes shape a lot as it penatrates, it flattens the folds back into a sort of ball shape but it does stay together; When you start using those littlle tools on it it will cause a 54 or any thing smaller to break up into peices, I never tried it on any thing bigger than a 54 cal so I can not say much about the larger cal. I was using a 45 and a 54 the 45 was loaded with 90gr RS the 54 with 120 gr RS.Lee

Many years ago a friend had one and we played with it. He liked the star head. I played with the cross tip. We shot into sand buckets. There was no increase in expansion and there really was no accuracy advantages. After trying it a couple of different times on different material to see if something would make the ball expand.. we decided the roundball did not need any help.
