Ok, thanks for all the info, I think since I already have the pro hunter, I will get a pro hunter barrel. Next question, what barrel length, 20in, or 28in?

You can also get the standard 26 inch encore barrel . But it does not have the quick release plug.

If you a stand hunter or hunt open fields get the 28" or the 26", if your a still hunter and hunt the woods a lot carrying the rifle get the 20", the 20" is plenty accurate enough. I took the very long 28"barrel off my TC Hawken and bought a 21" Green Mountain, have not shot it yet, but the difference between those two guns is like night and day for carrying and getting quickly to your shoulder.
