While Ebay will not sell firearms of any sort... they will sell parts. Since that is a barrel it would be legal. Just as scope mounts, and muzzleloading accessories are legal as well.

That add might get pulled by the e-bay police... under the new e-bay rules you can not sell this as a barrel because it can be shot. You can get away with it if you do not call it a barrel - it has to be listed as a part... If you read the adver. that you have found you will see he mentions barrel. If the e-bay cops see that they will pull the sale add. So to get around that you call it a part with a non-descript description of what it is.

Here is an add that was pulled a couple of weeks ago by the e-bay cops and now has been re-listed. His wording is quite different but there is no doubt about what he is selling - you just do not know what caliber and he can not tell you in the add. This is the way you have to list them now....

That is too bad e-bay had to do that, it was a good place to buy and sell choke tubes, shotgun barrels an anything else you were looking for or wanted to sell.

kinda shocked me when I found that. I guess play with the wording won't get ya cought.

I don't buy anything from ebay or use PAYPAL as they are anti-gun, if you must buy a gun use these two great sites and do not support ebay.
