the tc omega is alot easier to clean and the 209 just fits into the breachplug no plastic primerholder needed. i have bothand eachworks great, i like the feel of the knight over the t.c. but i would grab the tc first.

As fara as he lower end of the price scale I would recommend a NEF Sidekick. I is a break open action that is a great shooting ML for the price. I originally bought one as a backup. I got it at the Bass Pro Shop for $159. Right out of the box it shot beautiful groups. I feel that if Icould shove a kitchen sink down themuzzle, it would pattern beautiful groups. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Not at all. It is greatwhenit gets cold out andyour fingers don't want to work just right. I usually load up4 or 5 of them and put them in my possibles bag. It is good to buy a bag of extras.

ORIGINAL: Indiana SmokePole

Actually I have found that a solid stocked or solid frame gun will out shoot a break open framed gun but that is just Me .

Ron
Solid frame = more stable. A lot of break action guns shoot great. If they aren't up to your liking, however, there isn't a lot you can do. A solid frame gun can be substantially accurized.
