RE: sight out of adjustment
plastic sights or the steel durabrights? I'd call cva and ask them, Im sure they'll get the problem fixed for you.
Also, You're using to much powder with those 295 grain powerbelts. |
RE: sight out of adjustment
durasights,im going to co. this sept. for elk. planning on using 338gr powerbelt and 100gr powder.just using the 295s for practice before sighting in with 338gr.

RE: sight out of adjustment
oh ok. I'll be ordering an assortment of powerbelts and posting the results of the platinums.
I'd give cva a call about the sights and see what they say. What part of CO you going to? |
RE: sight out of adjustment
unit 74 near durango

RE: sight out of adjustment
Not sure about your rifle, but I had a problem with the sights on another brand inlinenot having enough adjustment. When I called they said the sights were regulated for a max (150 grain) load with a light bullet. I could either use more powder or a lighter bullet, or scope it. I didn't like those choices so I found it a new home.

RE: sight out of adjustment
Good to hear that CVA took care of you. Good luck at sighting it in. And you need really good luck with getting an elk! I was hunting unit 36 last year and 80-85 degree days didnt help elk hunting one bit:D
Come to think of it, Didnt help deer hunting either! |
