Perhaps if every HuntingNet member would email the man in charge with a protest about unsoliceted email he would get the message. [email protected]
I'm sending the following:
Todd,
I've been a long time member of the HuntingNet.Com forums and have enjoyed the service they provide. The new change in ownership would be fine if there were in fact no changes to the services provided, but with recent change I have now received unsolicited email "SPAM" to the account I used to register with HuntingNet from an outfitter connected with HuntingNet. If this type advertising tactic is part of the change I will have to leave the HuntingNet community.
Respectfully,
Mike Cooper (wabi)

Got the advertisement spam this morning - used the unsubscribe feature (which I normally avoid like the plague). Hoping that stops them.

Just sent Todd an email myself. Not sure what good it will do.
