Hats off to TC
I purchased my TC black diamond last December used from a local sporting goods store. It is in great shape with the exception of the receiver end cap. It looks like somebody had it on too tight and then used too small a screwdriver to try to get it off. Well I called TC this morning and said I would like to order one. The representative said she would just send me one free of charge. I was sure surprised. Well, I just thought I would let everyone know about it since customer service like that is so rare these days.
Art PS I have only been putting that cap on finger tight. I don't know why it would have to be any tighter than that |
RE: Hats off to TC

RE: Hats off to TC
I just called the number in my manual and had to wait about 4 or 5 minutes. Maybe us Minnesotans get special service.:D:D:D

RE: Hats off to TC
I called the other day and asked for the screws and spring that hold the rear sight on a Renegade. The woman told me no problem she would mail it right out to me... free of charge. T/C has always been excellent when it comes to customer service.
