I got 35 days smoke free so far
I smoke for some 40 years been lucky I had surgery on my neck dec:5 and never touched another smoke since then.
I can say all the years i did smoke I workout every day had no problems going up and down mountains but I think now I won't go back to it at all

thanks for the support.

I test myself everyday since I quite, the place I work, everyone smokes and I still join them outside without a cig. :D

the wife smokes, she is mad at me because I did not talk to her about it

Its been 12 years for me, the thing that shocked me after I had stopped for a while was when my sense of smell came back I would cross down wind of a heavy smoker and wonder if I used to smell like that. Lee

Holy cow, do I know that smell! :D
Everytime I pass a smoker, I mentally wrinkle my nose and think, Whew. That used to be me.
