Just picked these up yesterday and already, looking out of my bedroom window, to where my shooting target is, Almost 70 yards away, i can see the bullet holes in the target! Im loading up the deer creek now and plan on taking a few shots to see if accuracy improves any.

Can't hit what ya' can't see. Had my annual eye exam last Monday - Rx changed again. Maybe I'll shoot better with new lenses also. But - DAMN them bi-focals.

4 out of 6 shots were directly in the bulls eye
I can actually stand at 50 yards and see where each shot hits. The downside of that, the orange dot disapears fast and so after 2 shots i have to tape up the holes so i can see the orange dot.

You should have seen me this morning when i first got outside for #1 shot, i looked down the barrel and couldnt even see the front sight due to it being so blurry! Once i let my eyes adjust to the bright light and the new prescription lenses, everything was clear. Now im going to try some other patches out and find the right one. So far so good. Be even better once that big brown truck shows up today with my GPR.

I know the feeling about my junior year in college I started having trouble telling does and bucks unless they were close....things have been better since!

I remember whenI got my new glasses with the bifocals.. I about broke my neck the first day. I was avoiding stairs like crazy. Then once you get used to them it is not so bad.
Glad to hear the new prescription is working for you. They take time to adjust to, but in a couple days they will be as normal as can be...

I've had bifocals for about 6 years now. I can't shoot any long gun without a scope since I got them. I can't focus the front and rear sights together. I'm sure it didn't help that I've had cataract surgery on both eyes. They put plastic implants in my eyes and I have better than 20/20 vision for distance but need bifocals for reading. You really loose the ability to focus when you have those implants. A buddy of mine said I may have to go to a tri focal. I have the same issues with handguns too.
