Default The Pro-Hunter strikes again...

This buck chased a doe out into a field that my ground blind was set up on. 57 yard shot and it was the coveted bang flop with the 300 grain Nosler. As always the TC was loaded with three 50 grain Shockey's Gold Sticks which has been very deadly this year...

ORIGINAL: flint head

300 grain Nosler.
Congratulations. The magic of your setup was the Nosler. The Pro Hunter did the accuracy (the are excellent in that dept), you did your part. The Shockey Gold sticks got you the velocity. The Nosler did the hard job, but was up to the task. Good Job.ChapGleason

Inever have Lee, my Pa in law has a chrono... I'll get around toit during the off season. I have never really shot a 100 yard group with this gun/load,,, it was deer season already when I got everything so when I got it adjusted at 100 yards I shot two rounds to set it 2" high and they hit about a inch apart... so I loaded up the PH and said good enough.
