Chapman and Cayugad, You guy's are the greatest!
Chapman for suggesting the V-Peep sights
http://rmcsports.com/catalog.htm
V-PEEP Fiber Optic SightsNew fiber optic muzzleloader sights from RMC. Front fiber optic sight with a rear "V-PEEP" sight. Great for people with eye focus problems with regular fiber optic rear sights.
Cayugad for suggesting RMC's vent liners
http://rmcsports.com/catalog.htm
RMC Flintlock Touch Hole Liner ReplacementsFor renewing oversized, burned out touch hole, or relocating touch holes for a better position to pan, or for replacing other touch hole liners for improved performance. Allen wrench included.
Both now adorn my Lyman GPR. The results were instant! Fast ignition and tight groups at 13 and 25 yds. I put the same liner on my son's deer stalkers and there was not a single flash in the pan. I really like those sights they are awsome!
Once again, thanks a ton!!! It is information like this, from you guy's and others on this forum, that keeps me coming back.
P.S. My imaginary moose died today. The Omega was dead on.

What I couldn't believe was the way those sights stayed focused without my seeing glasses on. I had my regular protective glasses on but they aren't prescription. Plus at the distance the rear sight / peep is from the eye it almost seemed like a laser sight????
