I'm trying to post now while on Opera.

and this is an edit from IE.

and now an edit from Firefox.

Cool, everything is working now. The only thing I did differently was log in from Opera first. Beats me!!

one more edit - I just closed Opera, then tried to respond to the Crisco thread - no dice.

It's nice having multiple browsers isn't it? I've got Opera and IE. I have nothing but headaches with Firefox. I like their email program though.

I had the same problem for about a week. I cleared the brower and cookie like they said on theri post. It still didn't work, but then yesterday it started working. I did send them an email with my account and PW, maybe they fixed it and didn't notify me. Chap

I too had problems for about a week and then just yesterday I was able to start posting again. Cleared cookies, cleared history, and did a Microsoft update. I think the problem was mostly on HN's side though. I bugged them to death by emails and phone calls.

Yes, something is up. I have been able to log in okay, but my computer has been acting weird lately. I ran Spybot and everything came back ok.
My sister has a brand new 'puter and it will hardly run for some reason. I have to go over to her house and run some programs on it. I wonder what's going on? I don't think it's this site. I think it's something with the media and phone lines or a virus or worm unleashed on the net. Coincidently, microsoft just sent out an "anti-spy-virus" program to everyone who has automatic updates turned on. It's hard to say these days. Someone tried to "phish" my PayPal account info a few days ago too. Also a friends Ebay! who knows...... there's so much trash put out on the net everyday. We'll prolly never know. But I do think it's widespread and not an isolated event.

Well for some reason my ability to post has returned.. glad for that.

[hr]
well this afternoon it happened again. I am again banned from posting. 9-12-07

Well it decided to start acting up again, and it threw me out of the posting part of the forum... this is really strange. I have sent Huntingnet.com emails but they have not answered and not made any attempt to make this fix permanent. At this point I really do not know what to do. If you need me for something, PM me, or you can find me on other forums...
