Default my first muzzleloading exp.

I went out today and fired a 60 gr. blank charge to learn a little bit more. Learned alot more off one shot.

note to self: REMEMBER EAR PLUGS NEXT TIME

Yes, I have gotten very hum, "anal" about cleaning my rifle after doing any of my self teaching on it.


note to self: need to clean my 22rimfire

yep, they'll make a big difference in the amount ofringing you'll get in your ears.

If your shooting on an improvised range and you forget ear plugs you can use a couple dry patches. Wad em up in your ears.It's not as good as plugs but it helps. I try to keep a set of plugs in every gun box but occasionally I missplace them and need to improvise.

I shot it in my back yard and was not thinking, I got excited to finally get to shot it, been getting rain every day, lighting storms.

headset to protect the ears and windshield to protect the eyes.....your ready to go. Have fun!

I do a lot of Pistol Shooting. About a month ago, I went to the range and left my Ear Muffs home......didn't feel like driving back so I used Nicorette Gum. Worked well and now my ears don't crave cigarettes.......
