I also have a .50 buckhunter mine has a laminet stock I shoot 90 grn loose rs porodex and the 295 pb very effective combo. I love this gun bought it in 1995 very happy with it. And I also have a t/c .50 omega got it in Oct. hoping to use it for this season. But could not find the right combo of powder and bullet. thats when I started looking at this forum. and there is alot of info posted on the omega. type in omega on the search and there will be several posting's on this gun. I'm also trying to find the right combo. I was close but it was'nt consistant to use for this season I will get it right I'm sue of that because of all the info that I've read in this forum. each gun has It's own recsipe that will make that three shoot group.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

It will do anything,on deer, the Omega will do under 120 yards.
