Hey Chris,
As far as the trigger and trigger tab, I messed up. I was actually referring to that little pivoting portion of the hammer (the extra safety). I should have called it the "hammer tab", not trigger tab. My bad. Dooooooooh.
But having to make sure it is in the right position for the right exercise is what I was referring to. I can see accidentaly leaving it flipped up when I want it down and visa-versa.

I can see that taking some getting use to. It automatically flips up into the safe position when the hammer is cocked back. You have to push it forward before the rifle will fire.I like the idea though and don't see it beingmajor issue.

Is the breech/primer at all waterproofed? If not, any way to do so? Just curious

Chris, any blowback from the action? Any deposits on your scope?

That little bit of blow back hitting the bottom of your scope will eventually take off the finish. Clean it well and put a piece of black electrical tape or duct tape on the bottom half of the scope to protect it.
