I have no complaints with the ignition now. It is fast. As long as I remember to pick the vent liner this rifle has been outstanding. As fast as any other the other three flintlocks I own. I am going to get a replacement vent liner though, I hate the standard screw driver kind and like the allen wrench kind instead.

I'm with you on the screwdriver liners. Where can the allen type be purchased?

Normally I get this kind of thing at RMC Sports. I tried bringing up their sight to make sure they still have them but for some reason it is down on my end of the line. I also checked Tradition's and they do not carry the allen head kind. Or at least they do not display them.
