I use this bullet. You can get them in .44s or .45s. I think the .45s shoot a little better for me. I've killed alot of deer with them, but most of my shots are 50yds or less. I just ordered the Dead Centers from Precision. I want to get a little more distance without the drop. These bullets are suppose to be fantastic, we'll see.

I use the 300 gr. designed for the 45 long colt in my White with the Hornady mag sabot. Just throw 100 gr. fff pyrodex down first and they shoot great. Chrono shows 1585 at 15 feet just in case you're wondering.

I use the 300 XTP in both .44 & .45 in my Knight, with 100 grains of Pyrodex. Sub 2" groups at 100 yards, with open sights. They are great on deer, leaving golf ball-sized exit wounds. I wouldn't use anything else on my setup.
